The Art of letting go
The Art of Letting go
Letting go of what no longer serves you and you’re going to leave it all behind for good. I recommend starting the grief process now. While grief is often associated with the death of a loved one, it can also arise from other significant losses, such as the end of a relationship, the loss of a job, or a drastic life-changing event. I use the grief process to teach clients that accepting their new situation can be just as devasting as losing a loved one. You may get stuck in repeating the cycles of denial, anger, bargaining and depression before acceptance can occur so that you can find peace by letting go of a person, place or thing.
